Co-Creating the Congress
An International Congress, Co-Curated by Sector Leaders
Three expert steering groups — spanning technology, infrastructure, automotive, payments, public transport and research — are co-designing the Congress with TfWM and ITS UK. This ensures priorities from across the global mobility ecosystem are built in from the start. These groups bring together leading voices from:
- ITS technology and services (including Google, ESRI and Amazon Web Services)
- Road traffic and automotive (including Enterprise, Horbira Mira, National Highways, TomTom and Traficon),
- Public transport, ticketing, and strategy (including Chiltern Railways, the Department for Transport, Transport for Wales, Transport for London, Transport Scotland, and Via)
- Research and innovation (including ITS Norway, ITS UK, Tech 4 Transit, Transport Research Laboratory, and the University of Warwick)
- Professional bodies (including members of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, the Automotive Council, and the Institute of Engineering and Technology)

Meet the Hosts
Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) is the transport authority for the region. As part of the West Midlands Combined Authority, TfWM leads regional efforts in net zero, active travel, multimodal integration, and innovation funding.
